Hi there,

I am diagnosed with ILD-RA which is basically lung disease caused by RA.
The problem is medication and what to give me. The Rheumatologist and the Respiratory Consultants are to hold
a meeting (I suppose along with others) and discuss what is the best way forward for me.

Has anyone any knowledge of these two drugs to help me make a more informed choice when I next see one of them?

Thanks Naomi and Dorothy.

As much as I know, Azathioprine went out of fashion, but I cannot find out why.
Mycophenolate is normally used for transplant patients, and has a pretty nasty profile.

My local GP and nurse know as much as I do!Confused

It is lovely though, having such a large body of knowledgeable people, because most of the time someone
will have just the answer you're looking forSmile

The steroid injection continues to work it's magicThumpUp

Thanks again
